Farewell to Our 2025 Equity Policy Research Fellows

The Partnership Bids Farewell to Our 2025 Equity Policy Research Fellows

The California Housing Partnership was thrilled to welcome four fellows this past summer as part of our Equity Policy Research Fellowship program. A 12-week intensive training and coaching program for existing undergraduate and graduate students.

The fellowship was designed to diversify the advocacy and research field and foster the next generation of housing policy leaders and scholars. As we say farewell, the Partnership would like to thank our fellows for the new insights and passion they brought to their work throughout their time with us.

In addition, the Partnership team appreciates the fellows’ various contributions to our other affordable housing preservation and policy efforts throughout the summer. As Equity Policy Research Fellows, they supported the Partnership’s affordable housing preservation and policy efforts through background research, evidence collection on emerging topics in affordable housing, data analysis for affordable housing research projects, and quantitative analysis for ongoing projects. Meanwhile, the Partnership provided training, mentoring and networking opportunities for hands-on experience, skill building, and exposure in our collaborative work with state and regional agencies, policymakers, housing providers, and advocacy organizations across California’s affordable housing policy ecosystem.

We also extend our thanks for the generous grant from the following organizations, enabling us to bring on our four students:
