Our Impact
Helping thousands of households
For nearly four decades, the Partnership has supported nonprofit and public partners in leveraging over $42 billion in funding to create and preserve more than 102,000 affordable homes across the state. The homes supported by our sustainability programs have reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 330,000 metric tons. Our policy advocacy has resulted in dozens of laws enhancing affordable housing production, preservation and clean energy programs serving hundreds of thousands of low-income households.
