California Leaders Seek to Increase State LIHTC
California lawmakers recently announced four bills aimed at addressing the state’s affordable housing crisis, including one that seeks to increase the state LIHTC program to $300 million per year.
The California Housing Partnership creates and preserves affordable and sustainable homes for Californians with low incomes by providing expert financial and policy solutions to nonprofit and public partners.
