Helping Housing Leaders Grow, So Communities Thrive

The California Housing Partnership is a nationally recognized leader in affordable housing finance training. We empower nonprofit developers, government agencies, and housing professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate complex financing programs, plan sustainable energy upgrades, and deliver equitable decarbonization strategies.

Whether new to affordable housing or looking to deepen expertise, these training programs make complex topics—like Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bonds, electrification planning, and clean energy incentives—accessible and engaging at all experience levels. Multiple training methods help ensure that new skills are practical, applicable, and immediately useful.
