SACRAMENTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Attorney Dave Rand is the newest member of the California Housing Finance Agency’s Board of Directors following an appointment by Governor Gavin Newsom last week.

Since 2022, Rand has been a founding partner of Rand, Paster and Nelson LLP, where he specializes in navigating land use laws and governmental regulatory matters to help preserve and create mixed-use and multifamily housing developments.
