Featuring the Association for Energy Affordability (AEA) and other expert speakers. \nRegister Today\n  \nSession 1 will help affordable housing teams plan electrification for new construction and rehabilitation projects. AEA will cover heat pumps and related measures\, property readiness\, common barriers\, and strategies to develop strong scopes of work and maximize technical assistance. The session will also address resident benefits\, post-electrification operations\, maintenance\, and resident education\, and feature an all-electric new-construction case study.

The session will also examine utility allowance impacts on project economics and share CHP tools to help owners engage PHAs and plan more effectively for heat pump projects.
